We provide event photography throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange, and surrounding counties. For events outside of Southern California, a travel fee may apply depending on distance and schedule.
Our style is a mix of candid, documentary coverage and thoughtfully directed moments when needed. We capture genuine interactions, crowd energy, and key highlights like speakers, performers, décor, and VIPs, while also making time for important group photos and any specific shots you request.
Yes. Before the event, we review your schedule, priorities, and any must‑have shots such as key moments, VIPs, or branding details. This helps ensure everyone is on the same page and nothing important is missed.
Event photography is typically priced based on coverage time, location, and any additional services you need, such as a second photographer, video, or drone coverage. Once we know the details of your event, we provide a custom quote so you’re clear on what’s included.
To secure your date, a signed agreement and a 50% deposit are required. The remaining balance is typically due by the event date (or a few days before, depending on your preference), and you’ll receive an invoice with all the details.
If you need to reschedule, we’ll work with you to find a new date that fits our availability. In most cases, your existing deposit can be applied to the new date, as long as the change is made with reasonable notice and we agree on a new time that works for everyone.
You’ll receive your images in an online gallery where you can view, download, and share them with your team or guests. Files are delivered in high resolution for print and in formats suitable for web and social media.
Yes. Event clients are generally licensed to use the images for their own marketing, website, social media, email campaigns, and press, as long as the images are not resold to third parties. If you have specific usage questions or need extended licensing, we can go over that before the event.
No. We deliver carefully edited, high‑resolution JPEG images that represent our finished work. RAW files are not provided, as editing is an important part of our style and process.
Yes. For larger or more complex events, adding a second photographer can help cover multiple angles, breakout rooms, or simultaneous activities. We can also coordinate video coverage as an add‑on if you need both photo and video for your event.
For most events, photo galleries are delivered within 24–48 hours after your event, so you have fresh content ready to share right away. If you also book a video package, the turnaround is typically 5–7 days, since video requires additional editing, color correction, and processing to ensure everything looks polished and professional.
